  • Does Klyant offer support?

    Yes we do. All licence options come with telephone support from 9-5 Monday to Friday.

  • Is there a minimum period I have to sign up to?

    No. At Klyant we want you to remain our customer because the product and support is excellent. We do not tie you to minimum contract periods or charge for early exit.

  • What happens to my data if I want to leave?

    In the unlikely event that you want to leave us then we certainly won’t make things difficult. We know that some firms charge to get your own data back from them but we never do that. We will provide you with your data free of charge.

  • Are you compatible with the HMRC MTD portal?

    Yes we are. We will even bring you through your first return if you are new to it and would like some help.

  • Is there an extra charge for integrating with other case management systems?

    No, there is no charge to utilise the integrations we offer. We will also handle your initial integration set up and first synchronisation free of charge too.
